I had been driving all around for weeks trying to find a company that made iron doors and I was not having any luck. I wanted to find this magical showroom and I was thinking that it must not exist. I started telling my neighbor about my quest and she gave me the name and address of a company that makes iron doors and they will even design an iron gate for you as well to match the doors. She knew the owners and told me that they were the best in town, but that they do not advertise that much since they are already so busy.

I immediately got in my car and drove to the store that my neighbor told me about and could tell from just pulling up to it, that it was going to have the exact iron doors that would work for me. I talked with a salesman for a few minutes and then he let me walk through the shop where all the iron doors are made. I asked him if it were true, that they could also design an iron gate to match the door and he told me that they had done that for many customers and would gladly do that for me also.

The interior painters asked me if I wanted to paint the trim a different color than the walls, since my husband did not tell them any differently. I told them that I did, but was not sure at this time. They left a couple of color wheels with me to look over. I called the interior painters in the morning, before they were set to arrive back at my house and told them the name of the color that I had chosen for the trim.

The interior painting company representative called me back, to let me know, the color that I had chosen was out of stock. I went back to the color wheels to find a different yet similar color and knew that whatever I chose, better be in stock or I was going to be very frustrated.

The next color that I picked out was in stock according to the lady who answered the phone and the interior painters would bring it with them so that I could see if it was exactly what I wanted, by putting a little on the trim. After they put it on the trim, I knew that it was a perfect color to go with the color that I had chosen for the walls.

When my interior decorator suggested I put in some vinyl garden windows in the back of the house, I had no idea what she was talking about. I called a local window contractor to ask him what they were. He told me that he would do one better than that, he would show me. Somehow, there seems to be a siding company also at the house, but they are not as loud as the roofers. I wish that my neighbors would have given me some kind of warning that they were going to have all of this work done, and then we would have been at least aware of what was going to happen this morning. I would have done that for them. The neighbors are going to get a piece of my mind when I see them.
