I wanted to give mom a surprise party.  It was going to be her 50^th birthday and I really wanted it to be special just for her since she was already going to be a “Golden Girl.”  I started the preparations and planning but was overwhelmed with how much it was going to cost me.  I did have extra money put aside just for this occasion however it was not enough.  I decided that it was high time that I sell jewelry from my collection, which I was not using anymore.

I asked my friend for the firm where she sold hers.  She gave me the website of the company that she goes to when she does sell old jewelry too. She gave me the assurance that they did buy the pieces for a high price compared to pawn shops and other jewelry stores in our area.  Since I needed the money, I contacted them and sent the pieces that I was selling.  I got the check a few days after and thankfully, it was more than enough to finance the surprise party that I was planning for my mom. I have never seen her so happy and she could not thank me enough for it.
