Our family was enjoying a relaxing Sunday afternoon when our AC suddenly stopped working. We had it for a year and this is the first time that a problem happened. After an hour or two the repairman finally arrived. We showed him our broken AC and he immediately began working. We watched him as he dismantled our AC and checked its parts. After a few inspections he asked us, when was the last time our AC was cleaned? Well, we didn’t know how to clean an AC is what we told him. He just smiled and began to clean those filters located inside our AC. It was full of hard dirt (sorry I don’t know the term) that blocks the flow of the air. No wonder our AC stopped working! The air can’t pass through and we laughed at ourselves for not thinking of the obvious. He explained on how to properly clean the AC and reminded us that we should clean it at least once a month. We were glad that they sent us a very competent repairman. I hope we see him again, but not some time soon.
