I have so much in my mind running my restaurant. We have only been in business for a little over a year so there are so many things to attend to; particularly in the quality of food we serve. Down here in our city people are particular with the taste of food so that is where I focus most of my energy. I leave the other concerns to my manager.

My manager is the most reliable. I depend on his support so the kitchen staff and I can deliver the best food to our customers. He takes care of our food service supplies like a breeze; we never run out of the things that we need. At times I look at our cupboards and worry that we might not have enough food wrappers or straws but in comes the delivery hours after. 

I received a letter from a building inspector one time and I was afraid our restaurant would not be prepared in terms of cleanliness. I was surprised to see we had more than enough cleaning supplies to allow everyone to help clean. We passed with flying colors.

I tell my manager all the time how dependable he is and how thankful I am. He then says we ought to thank our reliable online suppliers as well – I couldn’t agree more.
